Understanding Your Scores
Your highest score among the three totals indicates the primary principle you should focus on balancing. The Vata, Pitta, and Kapha Checklist will assist you in identifying straightforward dietary or daily routine adjustments that can contribute to your overall fitness and well-being.
You can select the type that aligns with your requirements. If two columns have nearly identical totals, you can work on balancing both principles. In the rare instances when all three principles are equally present, consider the current season of the year: balance Vata in cold and dry conditions, Pitta in hot conditions, and Kapha in cold and damp conditions.
